ISPA Wins Full & Open Contract at NSWC PCD
ISPA Technology, LLC (ISPA) has received a competitively procured, Full and Open contract under Seaport Next-Gen with the Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division (NSWC PCD) for Modeling, Simulation, Engineering, Analysis, and Tactics (MSEAT) development support. The contract includes a base year and four one-year option periods which, if exercised, could bring the potential value of the contract to an estimated $16.4M. Work will be performed in Panama City Beach, Florida.
The contract has requirements to provide engineering, programmatic, and technical support to various modeling and simulation (M&S) development, analysis or assessment, tactics development, and associated training efforts for Mine Warfare, Littoral Warfare, Expeditionary Warfare, Special Warfare, Surface Warfare, Undersea Warfare and Amphibious Warfare systems under development, acquisition, and sustainment within the NSWC PCD organization.
