Aside from ISPA's technical expertise, as described below, they have a successful contract / program management team with experience as both a prime contractor managing subcontractors and as a subcontractor on multi-year, multi-million-dollar contracts.

The ISPA technical team consists of engineers with diverse backgrounds including computer and image science, physics and mathematics. Many team members hold advanced degrees in their fields, and the core team practiced in SEI level 3 facilities. Cross training is important to the ISPA technical team, and by pairing, for example, physicists with computer scientists they foster the exchange of ideas, knowledge and skills.
